Mike S.

Business Owner

Mike is a United States Navy Veteran and has been a Staten Island resident for his entire life. He has seen the «forgotten borough» grow from a small town to the bustling community it is today. His father, George was a carpenter by trade and Mike literally grew up with a hammer in his hand. Together they started Best Contracting as a building company back in the 1980’s and a reputation for their quality craftsmanship quickly spread. It wasn’t before long that they had built a superior name for themselves in the field of home improvement throughout Staten Island and beyond. Today Mike is still committed to giving each and every customer the highest quality of work along with the utmost courtesy and respect they deserve.
