Today, 12-​15-​2015, I had my front window repaired by Artisan Glass. It was a thermal window that exploded on the inside for no reason. Artisan Glass arrived quickly, took measurements and had the glass made, returned in a few days and professionally removed the broken glass and installed the new glass complete with divided light inserts.
I will use them in future. The price I was quoted was the price I paid no hidden fees.
I recommend them highly.
