A grumpy old-​school Nosferatu looking gentleman, but he knows his stuff from A-​Z; bloodwork to lung capacity tests, to vitamins/​supplements, etc. His wife is his receptionist and biller in this 2-​person mom n’ pop private home converted into a medical office. Although she knows her insurance carriers, she has way too much on her hands, so many things fall through the cracks and calls/​correspondence go unanswered. Due to this, we are seeking proper care elsewhere.
I have had to wait 45 – 60 mins. each time I arrive for a scheduled appointment. Papers have been lost, phone calls not returned and excuses made about office machinery being ‘broken’. Never again, nor can I recommend anyone use him as your primary care provider. A rude office manager who sits and chats all day whilst patients wait, is unacceptable.
