Amy’s Pet Palace

I had my pug shaved & bathed here and he looks amazing and smells great. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend Amy’s Pet a Palace, especially for shaving your dog.

HORRIBLE! I have a 3 year old shitzu… I took him for a hair cut and they cut under his arms and legs he can’t even walk. No one came out to apologize. Also they are extremely FILTHY inside, I took my dog to the vet and he caught an infection from this horrible place, the staff is extremely rude they have zero compassion for animals… My dog will never step foot in the palace again!

My dog has cuts under his right arm and anal glands are irritated, itchy and swollen and the lady who cut their hair did not bother to come out and explain what she did she made her secretary’s bring them out and they charged me 120, cash only with no explanations. Never again will I return. I called to complain and the lady said «he had a rash» yet she never told me and there is. Clear slice under his arm. If my dog had a rash I should be notified right away and she shouldn’t hAve shaved him, or she caused the rash by treating the place like a chop shop and did not use a clean razor. I thought everything was okay bc they were happy to see me but now I know the truth as the day went along my dog was miserable and depressed bc of this place. I am taking my dog to emergency and once they inform me on what went wrong I will take further actions about this. I asked her if she needed the papers for them she said no and just took them without knowing anything about them. She Also was done with both my Maltese and Shorkie in an ³⁰⁄₄₀ minutes which means she was not careful and did not take her time.

I had a great first experience at pet palace. My shih tzu Lambo was done beautifully by Dana. She did exactly what I asked too. He was cut nicely, smelt wonderful and we look forward to going back in 6 weeks or so. Thank you again Amy ‘s Pet Palace.

They helped me out in a Jam. A knotted Afghan Hound is a mess for any groomer. Grooming Takes hours. So when Falcon only took less than 2 hours I was concerned. They groomed him as I had asked but there were still a few knots. There conditioner is not very good. He’s coat was greasy and he had severe flyways. His coat had split ends. I had previously had a good experience. Also the groomer picked him up by his collar and under his belly. He was so traumatized after the groom he was not himself for days. I DO NOT recommend this groomer for large breeds and sensitive dogs.
