Fast, straightforward service. They got the tire I needed in one day and had my car ready, quicker than most auto shops. I would come back for tire service.

Kevin came to my rescue when I realized my inspection was about to expire and I walked in on a Saturday, right before closing. This first time customer will definitely become a regular! Thanks again!

Fast service, professional employees and fair prices. Went there for oil changes 2 or 3x now and it’s always quick and easy. People there seem nice and knowledgeable. We be going back every 3000 miles.

So to preface this I’m in the military and had to be back on base 6 hours away by the next day and while in Staten Island I had a bout with a pretty vicious driveway that made an impact to the bottom of my vehicle, a Toyota Carolla, similar to bottoming out over a speed bump. It was snowing and I couldn’t tell that there was much damage and I know that with the type of weather out on the roads plenty of people had probably banged up their vehicles. I went into this place hoping that I could hopefully find someone that could take a minute to check it out.
Considering I was a walk-​in and that they did in fact have a large number of cars ahead of me whose owners did the responsible thing of scheduling an appointment. I explained my situation and one of the mechanics said that he would see what he could do but that we have a ton of work to do today. Needless to say he was able to throw the car up on the lift and gave it a quick look over saw the problem and fixed it in a little less than 5 minutes. These guys saved my rear. Highly recommend going to these guys, I do recommend scheduling an appointment though.

This place is great. Rob is a very honest guy, which IMO is extremely important to anyone I do business with. This is a place that I can trust to get the job done right. Brought in my WRX about 2 weeks ago and the car drives better than new. Thanks guys.

Edit: The owner Paul responded to my review quite promptly and apologized for the breakdown in customer service. He offered to repair my tire and provide an inspection to rectify the situation. I appreciate the quick response and the professionalism in the manner on how he handled the situation. Although I will have to decline his off for repairs at this time, his sincere apology and his assurance of talking to his team about customer service have prompted me to change my review from a 1 star to full on 4 star due to such professionalism which only comes from local proprietors and business owners.
What occurred at the store the previous day was unfortunate but I believe improvement and growth are all a part together. These guys are right around the block from me and if I ever need something worked on again, I will not hesitate to give these guys a second chance! I vented to my friends about the shop and they were on my side but after telling them about the response from Paul we all agree that as auto junkies we’ll def give these guys a go again, 1 because we enjoy supporting local businesses and 2 because professionalism and customer service are extremely important to us. We can’t say mistakes can’t happen but the follow through in the end is what matters, and Paul seems to be a top notch guy that knows what he’s doing as a manager and owner.
Went in for an emergency repair on Sunday 10÷25÷15. Literally just got a nail a few blocks from this place and I knew about the shop from friends who use to go there (keywords: use to) so I decided to stop and get my repair done here. It was about 345 and shop closes at 4pm. Seconds before I entered they took a customer, but turned me away even though they knew and told me no other store would be open. It was literally a last minute emergency nail repair for my tire that I just got a nail in and they were not willing to help me out and said that no one would be able to either since they are the only ones open on sundays.
Having full knowledge of that and the fact I got there before they close they still turned me away even tho they just took a white guy in for service seconds before I entered. I drive a 2015 subaru wrx and was just looking for a little help so I wouldn’t end up with a flat in the morning so i could get to work.
If you are looking for some emergency work done, don’t go here. even before closing they were rude and rubbed in my face that no one would be able to help me ANYWHERE until tomorrow.
I’d suggest Guy’s Tire Buy on hylan or veterans road instead, they’ve always taken emergency work if someone’s still there even if it goes past their closing time. Customer service and satisfaction comes first for them, even after closing.

Outstanding customer service. I had a situation where my front tire and rim was stolen over the weekend. On a Saturday, Jeff from All TIre went out of his way to track down the appropriate rim for my vehicle and expedited delivery to ensure I was back on the road the same day.

Brought my car here for an inspection. Had been going to Ace Auto for years & was a little concerned about bringing my 14 year old car to a new place. Turns out my concern was unfounded. The new guys at All Tire were friendly & professional. While I was waiting for my car I had the opportunity to watch the gentlemen at the front desk interact with a variety of customers. They treated everyone with courtesy & went out of their way to assist people who came in looking for a special size tire & a couple of folks who pulled up with flat tires. My only suggestion is that they go back to the seating Ace had — they definitely need a few more chairs for waiting customers.
