OMG! These people here are sooo nice! I’ve had a lot of stress lately and I figured while the BF is at the Lake working on his powerboat, it’s a great time for me to have a nice massage! I went for the full 1 ½ hr treatment. The place is pretty small, I think just 4 rooms in a building about the size of a big trailer, but it’s nestled right under the pines ans it was so relaxing! Deep tissue it was to get those knots! I felt wonderful afterwards! I think better than my BF did after swearing at the boat! Check out Angel Touch! If you’re a local, even better pricing!

I just had a facial with Anna and it was simply wonderful my skin feels fantastic. She is such a Wonderful person and great Esthetician she even gave me a awesome foot massage while my mask was on. Since my husband always works on Valentine’s night, he treated me to a spa afternoon. Anna Terry, of Angel Touch Spa, gave me the BEST facial and massage ever. I literally couldn’t move after 2 hours of pure ecstasy. I highly, highly recommend Anna for sheer pampering. I have been going to Anna now for a couple years consistently for facials. She is so knowledgeable about the skin in general and I never feel like she is trying to upsell me on products or services. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Thank you Anna!

Wendi squeezed me in during my vacation and I had the best shellac manicure! She helped me select the most amazing color for my skin and my nails look out of this world! I wish I lived closer to her salon as this is one if the best shellac manicures I’ve had!

Sarah did an amazing color on my hair today! She is super talented and a pleasure to talk to. I came to Sarah with an exceptionally horrible color /​highlight job done at a salon in California. You can see the before picture at my review for Salon Luna Del Mar. After discussing several options, she decided to correct the previous situation with some low lights just 1 or2 shades lighter than my natural color. She instinctively knew what would look good and made it look beautiful and natural.

I really have to hand it to Anna at Angel Touch. I think this is the best facial I have ever had in all my years — 55 to be exact. She really gave my skin a deep cleanse and restore.. . my skin has looked and felt amazing since I walked out of there. She is very thorough, thoughtful and reasonably priced for the service she offers. Her product line is also good — a bit pricey but worth it. This is going to have to be a regular stop for me.

Wendi gave me a flawless airbrush tan! She was meticulous and careful to cover ever inch of my body. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a big smile and a friendly hello. I felt very comfortable in the spa. In addition to the flawless application, the tanning solution was wonderful. It wasn’t smelly or sticky, and I left with a beautiful, natural looking bronze! This review is coming from an airbrush tan connoisseur. I cannot tan naturally as I always burn. During the summer I try to get an airbrush tan at least 2 times a month. It was a wonderful surprise to be on vacation and find such fabulous, flawless work!

This review goes to the excellent job that Sarah Santana did. I wanted to do something different with my hair, and I am so glad that I went to see Sarah. I never had any highlights done before and I wanted to try them this time. I saw the cute haircut and coloring that she did to a friend and that is how I decided to give it a try.
From the beginning of my appoitment Sarah made sure that I felt comfortable, brought a green tea and took her time to listen what I wanted, and she will listen to you and make the best suggestions. I loved the results and since my appoitment I have been receiving just compliments of my hair, and how great it looks. I definitely recommend Sarah because she is a professional, and take a real good care of her customers, and this is something that Tahoe really needs, a great hair stylist.

I’ve been getting my hair done with my regular hair stylist for the last 6 years. Moving to Tahoe makes it hard to get my hair done as often as I would like. I moved here from LA and I’m not making my trips back home as often as before. I am a loyal client and I hate to have cheated on my hair stylist back home. But living 500+ miles away, what’s a girl to do?
My mom lived in Tahoe a few years ago and would get her hair done by Sarah. After moving here, my mom would tell me I should give her a try. After living here for over a year, I finally decided to give Sarah a call. When I called her, she was very professional and quoted me over the phone.
I wanted to do something very different with my hair. Something I’ve never done before. I wanted bright red ombré hair. I was very nervous since I was going for a whole different look that I wasn’t use to and especially going to a different hair stylist for the first time in 6 years!
When I arrived for my appointment, she took me to her room and had a water bottle ready for me. Her room is so cute, and I love the privacy of it. The spa itself is very cozy and makes you feel at home. We discussed once more about what I wanted to do to my hair and she went straight to work. I thought it was very cute that she was just as excited as I was to do my hair.
I have a lot of hair. My hair is long and thick, too. Half way coloring my hair after using a whole bottle, the color ran out! She told me that we can use a permanent red and see how it turns out. If I didn’t like it for whatever reason, she will order my color and I can come back in two days and she can put the vivid red on. I was so nervous when she told me the color was out. I went ahead with the permanent red for the other half of my hair. Now for the outcome? It came out amazing! (See photo) I am totally in love with my hair! The red came out nice and bright, the permanent red was a little darker, but blended well with the bright red. She uses great products, which I absolutely loved! Even after all the bleaching done to my hair, it came out silky and shiny!
Sarah is amazing at what she does and is very sweet and patient. She doesn’t rush through her work, and makes sure of it that you are completely satisfied with your hair. She was such a pleasure to have working on my hair. So glad I found a hair stylist here in Tahoe to trust with my hair. I highly recommend Sarah for all your hair needs! She also does make up as well! :)

This review is for Sarah Santana @ Angel Touch Spa. She was referred to me by Natalie Cusson, my makeup artist for my wedding. As soon as I got in touch with her, she was really professional and advised me to send her copies of the hairstyles I’d like to try for our hair trial. So, I did send her 3 different pictures and she provided her input.
Hair trial — I could only meet Sarah two days before our wedding to do the hair trial. This location was not hard to find and fairly close to Embassy Suites. I love the set up of the Angel Touch Spa. She has her own room for her clients. As soon as I showed her my wedding dress, she knew what to do — the eva longoria hair style. I was pleased with it.
Wedding day — She came in as planned and prepared. She immediately started preparing my hair and when it came to release my curls and everything, my hair looked a little puffier than I expected and she fixed it. I knew she had another appointment but she did not leave until I was happy with my hair. I loved my hairstyle and everyone loved it. I will share pictures when it’s ready. Thanks Sarah!

I went to Angel Touch Spa for my first time this past week. My family and I were on our first-​ever family vacation and the menfolk decided that my mother and I needed some pampering and bonding time. They scheduled us an appointment at Angel Touch Spa and let us do what we wanted for the day.
We both decided on getting Facials, paraffin hand + feet dips, and manicures/​pedicures + Shellac. I’ve had a manicure and pedicure once before, but I’d never had a facial or a paraffin dip.
Upon entering Angel Touch Spa, we were greeted by Wendi and Anna, and they were incredibly nice from the start. Anna swept me up and took me into the massage room, where she instructed me to change into the towel and sit on the table. When she came in, she started off with the paraffin dip… which at first, wasn’t a pleasant experience. Since I’ve never had one before, I didn’t know how warm the wax should be… and it was really, really hot. Like, painfully hot, from the first moment she dipped my right foot. The next couple of dips on that same foot weren’t nearly as bad because my foot was encased in a layer of wax to protect it, but each time I dipped another foot or my hands, it hurt. However, once the initial heat died down, it was actually quite pleasant and it made my hands and feet feel amazing.
The facial and massage were very nice. I’m a naturally high-​strung person but I was definitely able to relax and even doze a little bit.
Afterwards, Wendi did my nails, and I feel like she did an alright job. I got the Shellac on both my fingernails and toenails and initially I thought she did a very complete job, but once I was home, I realized she’d left some gaps between my nail and my nail bed and around my nails. It still looked alright and I know it will last a couple of weeks, so if ever I’m back up in the Tahoe area, I would probably go back to them again.
My mom really enjoyed her dips, facial, and mani/​pedi. She was a little disappointed because the woman who did her manicure didn’t completely know how Shellac worked, and because she didn’t instruct my mother correctly, her thumbs got messed up. She still had a blast, though, and really enjoyed herself.
All in all, I loved Angel Touch Spa and if I’m back in Tahoe, I would go back to them. I took off one star because I really do believe the wax they used for the paraffin was too hot, the minor gaps on my nails, and the lack of experience with Shellac that kind of fudged up my mom’s manicure. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is small-​town but comfortable. A treat if ever you’re in Tahoe and you need extra R&R!

My boyfriend and I were in Tahoe for the weekend with some friends. And the day after a day of snowboarding my friend and I were looking for a place to get a massage and a pedicure. This place had the most reasonable prices in the area. I got a one hour deep tissue message and a pedicure for $ 145. Can’t really beat that in Tahoe! This place is really clean and the staff is really nice and friendly.

I went in for waxing (arms, pits, full legs, brazilian). The waxing took place in a room that felt like a storage room. It had harsh flourescent lighting and felt like an afterthought. The waxer got wax all over the place, so that it was impossible to avoid sticky spots on the table. She was a little sloppy on the arms and legs (when I got outside in the sunlight I saw patches that she missed). The brazilian was excellent, quick and relatively easy. She seemed to really know what she was doing and wasted no time, but she wasn’t particularly careful to check over her work, wasn’t careful to make sure I wasn’t covered in wax when I left. $ 150 plus tip for the whole thing. She knew that I was local and looking for a regular new salon.

I love this place! It was very clean, relaxing, and the entire stuff I met that day was very nice and helpful. I had my nails Mani/​pedi done by Wendi, and a facial by Karin. Both were exceptional! I felt so pampered and relaxed when I left that day. My nails looked awesome, and they lasted for allot longer then the «quickly» dime a dozen salons I’ve been to in the past. I felt the time they took to do everything was perfect, they didnt’ rush me, but I didn’t feel like it was taking too much time either. This salon knows what it’s doing! I’m really glad I got a gift certificate here!

Anna is a pro! I am a connoisseur of massages and she is one of the best. She really takes her time with you and always gives you a stellar experience. Her facials are amazing. Many aestheticians put the mask on and leave the room. Not Anna — she gives you a foot, hand and neck massage. I go once a week and it’s the best hour of my week. Try her — you will not be disappointed!

We celebrated my mom’s 50^th birthday in Tahoe in August 2009. Part of her surprise was sending her to Angel Touch for a facial, massage and eye brow waxing. I walked my mom in to her spa appointment and realized that this place was very quaint and small.
I called my mom after her appointment ended and my mom said this was the best time she ever had. The owner was the person who helped my mom and my mom said she was very nice and made her feel relaxed. My mom had been to other spas (larger) in the past and she said this spa beat all the other overrated, big, fancy spas she has been to. My mom had such a good time at Angel Touch she gave the owner a hug and wanted to cry when she walked out because she loved it so much. I told my husband that next time we go to Tahoe I want to book an appointment at Angel Touch.
