they have a good selection but I think they will lose out to even Walmart for me now. They press you to get a card that offers you essentially no discount. And today, I found some widget boxes I wanted and took them to the front, only to find out that the empty boxes were not representing a widget that they had, btu only represented objects that they MIGHT have(and, of course, did not). I even found a box that did not represent a box that they had, but explicetly(I missed the label) represented an object that they could order for you. ‘This is what we are told to do’, I was told. So, 6 empty boxes later, I got my two objects, and they will no doubt put the empty 6 boxes back on the shelf representing, respectively, 5 objects they might have(but I know and they know, that they don’t), and one object that they can special order for you. If this is the service you want, you can have it here!

Called hoping to get a 72 page document printed. After being put on hold multiple times, I was finally told that they«couldn’t trust their employees» the following day to complete the job. The job was a full color, front and back printed booklet style. I can’t imagine if I needed something laminated! I was offered a call back the next day if the employee on duty thought they could«handle it». Seems to me Office Depot should either be hiring people who can work a printer, or be training their employees — this was not a difficult print job!
