Laura Robbins, Esq. has eight years of civil litigation experience and has litigated cases in Centre, Blair, Clinton, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Juniata Counties. She has handled family law cases including but not limited to divorces, support actions, and custody cases dealing with such issues as jurisdictional or venue issues, Guardian Ad Litem recommendations, Children and Youth involvement, psychological evaluations, grandparent custody, and third party custody. She has handled numerous high-​conflict custody cases and will not hesitate to litigate a case in order to pursue a good result for you, her client.

Her experience in civil litigation also encompasses experience handling Protection From Abuse, Unemployment Compensation, and Landlord/​Tenant matters. She is familiar with Protection From Abuse proceedings and has experience navigating through the process to minimize the long-​term impact they can have on divorce and separations.
