This is the only time that I have had buyer’s remorse for not buying something. I was bike shopping for my beloved Ducati Multistrada. The bike they had was a great deal but I am a crazy person and it has to have the exact options that I want. This one didn’t but the level of service was amazing. Josh was very responsive to all my question in the numerous emails that I sent. Kissell will be on the top of my list when I buy my next bike.

I bought a used Vespa from them after finding it on the web. I would buy from them again. Communications were great and prompt. I am a very happy customer!

I walked in to buy an oil filter for my ducati 900 sport and walked out in love with a new ducati 848 corse!
Nate made my day this passed July by allowing me to test ride a street fighter after mentioning that I was considering that I wanted one «someday». I showed up on a saturday afternoon close to the end of their business hours. After some quick paperwork I was off on this street fighter which I felt was pretty nice. I returned 15 minutes later ready to thank him for his generosity and prepared to head home on my own bike. Somehow I found myself going on a second test ride with a used 848 super bike which I immediately fell in love with.
Long story short Nate took the time to explain how ducati was offering great financing and sold me on a bike I was almost afraid to want. His expertise, patience and professionalism got him a sale and a life long customer.
