I sent in a RMA for around 3 – 4 bad iPhone LCD/​Digitizer assemblies and never got a replacement, a refund or even an update from the company. I had tracking on the package so I confirmed that they got it. I was never updated by phone, text, or email after inquiring about the parts. What once was a friendly company that seemed accountable for their products and orders became some place I stopped dealing with completely.

I had a bashed up screen on my iPhone 5c. Called Eric this morning, he said «come in whenever» and I walked away with a shiny like-​new phone less than an hour later. The repair itself took 5 minutes while I waited. Great dudes here, super fair pricing and I couldn’t be happier about the job he did with the screen. 6-​month warranty (unless I break it myself). I’ll definitely go back when I inevitably break my phone again.
Update: right after I posted the review, Eric texted me to make sure everything was good with the screen! Much appreciated follow-​up.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Fixed phone but had some problems, and then the technician refused to fix the phone and answer phone calls. If you want to get phone fixed here, do it at your own risk.

I had a cracked iPhone 4s screen and went online to search for a repair shop. I eventually went with Eric from iPhone Depots because of the pricing. I was kind of skeptical at first because of the more than reasonable pricing. The repair guy came over to pick up my phone and offer me his ID card for insurance. He also said the phone will be fixed within a 2 hour time frame. As promised, the guy contacted me after around an hour and delivered my fixed iPhone back to me. The color of the new screen he put on my phone was very sharp and almost identical to the old cracked screen that I had on my phone. I would recommend you to all my friends who need their phones repaired. Thank you so much.
