Hated it. Brenda is the rudest employee ever. I was promised a discount by a coupon code i applied online and she totally disregarded it, even when the customer service over the phone told her to apply it.
HORRIBLE! NEVER RENTING HERTZ AGAIN.

Not for me. Private owned Hertz. Full size is fleet of Mitsubishi Galants. Small cars for full size! 500 mile/​wk limit. No chance of upgrade and had nothing bigger even available. Their parking spaces are at very end of Car rentals.
