I took my son to celebrate his birthday with other 5 kids, his buddies. I sat there, try to order some food but it was technically a mess. The kid in charge if the kitchen was not very focused. I ordered chicken wings, nachos, more chicken wings, sodas, water and everything came ever half an hour. He was saying all the time«Im sorry». The fact that theres not enough soap in the bathrooms makes me think that when employees of the restaurant wash their hands, their are NOT using soap. Disgusting and madness.

Many games were not working, place was pretty dirty, no baby changing station in bathroom. In fact, the changing station is right on the play floor in plain view. Just a counter to put your child on and everybody gets to watch and smell! Hmmmm… Hardly any staff there and nobody offered any form of safety protocol so a stranger doesn’t walk off with a child.(such as hand stamping /other). Yeah… Won’t be back, not impressed.

I think one star is generous. This indoor play area is not safe/suitable for children under the age of 3. It basically is a big indoor slide and jungle gym with some games like skee ball and centipede for additional money. It’s less than clean and the café area was an unhealthy disaster when we visited, complete with a bowl of burned old popcorn sitting on top of a garbage can for everyone to share. Candy ‘straws’ were strewn all over the floor in the play areas. Back to the play area. My child who is 18 months old could only play in an area that had a little tykes tot tree and a table for building a wooden train. Only problem, there were no trains. Standard price for all children is ridiculous. My recommendation: go to schlow or discovery space… or even the mall.
