Love this Salon best hair cuts always and I have thick difficult hair! Thanks again! For staying late to fit me in before my trip!!! My hair looks great!!! Everyone here is so professional and held to a high standard of quality I am always pleased when I come in!

In response to Mr. Bobo’s review. I am Stylist Jacquelyn. Mr. Bobo’s
post was written referencing myself.
There was an unfortunate scheduling error that took place. I found the
error a few days prior to both Mr. and Mrs. Bobo’s scheduled appointments.
With that, I called Mr. Bobo suggesting that we needed
to reschedule and apologized for any inconvenience. I left a message
stating my available service times, earlier that day, hoping to have this
resolved.
It is important to note that these schedule offerings are only options. They
cannot be secluded from the schedule while other clients continue to phone in requests.
Mr. Bobo called back for me, leaving a message, while the salon was closed,
after 6PM. The message was requesting the service time which would work for he and his wife.
Unfortunately, that time slot had filled earlier in the day with another
client scheduling.
Upon opening the salon the following morning, I received Mr. Bobo’s
appointment request message. Regretfully, I call him back leaving a
message that the appointment service time he chose had filled.
Offering additional appointment time options.
With receiving no other return calls to reschedule and confirm their
appointment, They both arrived to the salon two days later.
Mr. Bobo said he did not receive my message and thought this was his appointment time. He was very disgruntled and rude to me! I continued trying to apologize and accommodate him however I could. He ordered me to «see
them now or see them never». I said that I am sorry, but I am currently
working with a Guest. That we would need to confirm another appointment
time. And yet again, emphasizing how sorry I was for the missed
communication.
Mr. Bobo then ‘grabbed’ his wife’s arm and pulled her with him as he left.
Racism, he states. I do not understand how ‘one’ could ever arise to such a
thought and speak out publicly such an accusation of racism from appointment miscommunication!
Mr. and Mrs. Bobo have a salon service history with me. I have
always put forth my best efforts to serve their needs with only good.
Mr. Bobo is so far out of line! He should be ashamed of himself!
There is plenty of ugly REAL racial issues in this world, without someone
creating it where there is none!
I love and respect the salon and the talented people I work with. I honor
and respect our diverse clientele. And, as my personal Guests,
each are so truly and uniquely amazing!
So, in response with the above, Mr. Bobo, I will NOT stand by and allow you the satisfaction of this defamation of character. Neither of myself, Advanced
Image Concepts Salon, nor my Peers. Furthermore, I am quite assured that
the honorable ACLU and Services would find your accusations «unfounded».
With your vast internet history of business slanders, it has been troubling
to be a part of your circle now! However, thank you for this opportunity to
highlight your tendencies to overdramatize unfortunate human error, for which you are so unforgiving! Thank you! Jacquelyn

Love this place. I always see Jacqueline, she gives the most amazing pedicures! I’ve been to many other stylists, but she’s the first one I’ve been to that really listens to my needs and gives me the haircut I want. She has an advance knowledge of proper technique, and an eye for detail most don’t. After having Jacqueline cut/​style your hair, you won’t be able to go back to anyone else!

too bad these guys aren’t better at managing their time. been here a couple of times with good haircuts, but they seem incapable of planning ahead. made an appointment one month out, and the day before Jacquelin calls to tell me mis-booked.offered two other options, took one, called left voicemail, and when we arrived, no one there. called, got sorry someone else booked — smacks of racism to me. (My wife for whom the appointment was booked is an immigrant.) well too bad for you, we won’t be back, but the ACLU might be.
