Wicked Carts

I saw the wagons and strollers that Randy builds at the Pomona swap meet and decided to pull the trigger and order one. I already had the wagon pan so my order was for his lowrider chassis only. The $ 578 order was placed on 6÷25÷15. I was told that he would be in the shop for one more week before going on a 2 week vacation. He told me that he would build the chassis and have it sent to the powdercoater before he left for vacation and he would pick it up and ship it the week he returned. When that time came and I didn’t receive my chassis or and tracking info I called and was told that he was a little behind and that I would definitely have it the following week. I understood that people do get behind, especially when returning from vacation so I just kept waiting. The following week came (4 weeks since order was placed) and I still hadn’t received any tracking info. I began calling and didn’t receive any answer. I called every day the following week and never got an answer. I left messages and never received any call back. Finally, on 8÷10÷2015, a Monday (7 weeks since the order was placed), I called and got an answer! I was told that he would be picking up the chassis from the powdercoater Thursday and that if I wanted, I could probably pick it up that evening instead of waiting for it to ship. I was told to call Thursday at 11am to make sure that it would be assembled and ready to go. Thursday came and I called and called all day long and never got an answer. Fed up with being ignored, I drove the hour and a half that it takes to get to his shop, calling his phone the entire trip. He never answered, but when I got there… guess what? He was there! What a surprise. I asked him what the status was on my order and he blamed it on his powdercoater. He told me that I would for sure have it on Wednesday of the following week. Well, today is Wednesday 8÷19÷2015 (8 weeks since the order was placed) and I still don’t have my chassis or any tracking info. I’ve called multiple times and haven’t gotten an answer or call back. This guy is a complete liar and has horrible customer service. I have two kids and was planning on ordering a second wagon chassis in the future but that is definitely not going to happen now. What makes this situation even worse is that he has been at swap meets during this time selling the wagon chassis that I placed an order for. He seems to only care about getting money «on the spot». Avoid this place and buy your custom wagon parts somewhere else.

If you want to call and get hung up on, this is the place for you. If you want any type of customer service whatsoever, go somewhere else.

BEWARE! I ordered a street legal electric cart in Feb 2012 requesting it be completed by June and was told no problem. Well after dozens of excuses we finally received the cart in November, 9 months after ordering!!! We put the more expensive lithium batteries in it but, as we learned much later, without the correct or ANY BMS (Battery Management System). Within the first week following delivery my wife was driving and pulled off the steering wheel! The cart completely stopped working after 3 months, now Feb 2013, one year later. Wicked Carts never came by to pick up or fix the cart as of September 2013 after many many requests. Every excuse under the sun was made by Wicked Carts. We have since given up on Wicked Carts being responsible for it’s product and we getting another dealer to fix all the cart mistakes. Look on Google under wicked carts to see more of the same!!! BEWARE! We didn’t get any customer satisfaction.

Two years of waiting for my cart to be completed and he has now gone missing with no return of my phone calls. $ 15,000 dollars for two custom golf carts and I have 1 cart that was delivered half completed and is now falling apart.
Randy is a scam artist that preys on the general public. People like this have no place in this world and it would be a better place without him. I hope you get everything you have coming to you.
