Hands down the best customer service you could ask for AND receive at a hardware store!
The employees care about your need, they think outside the box. And get this: when they see you, they APPROACH you instead of running in the opposite direction like those who wear blue or orange vests!
When I stop by, the reps even remember my NAME!
We all love to hear our own name, but when it’s from a retail store that you visit often, but not regularly, it’s pretty impressive.
This review is LONG over due! So thank you ACE Hardware for your exemplary customer service! You could charge twice what the big box stores do and I’d still come in. (but please don’t, though)

The local Stanton Ace Hardware is such an amazing part of our community. The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I’m always welcomed to the store by the friendly staff. If they don’t have what you need they’ll sure try to order it.
