Lynn was nice when I came here the first time.
I came back for a leg wax and the table towels were not changed. When I asked, the lady wouldn’t and said it’s just for the legs so no need. They should also try to use a more polite pronoun to refer to patrons in Vietnamese. I am Vietnamese and she could have referred to me as «that gal» or «that misses» instead I was referred to as «nó» which is informally disrespectful for him/​her. No thanks.

I’m so disappointed. Here I am been waiting for 1 Hour. Very unprofessional. She is not staying to one person and here I am doing the callus remover for 15 mins after waiting almost 40 mins soaking my feet. Very unprofessional. I’m not coming here again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! These Vietnamese women will pressure you to get more stuff done and when you politely said no thanks, they will talk shiet about you to each other thinking that you don’t know the language. Yes ladies, I can understand you! They assumed my friend and I are Chinese so the whole time we were there, they talked to each other in Vietnamese about how cheap we are and that they can’t get us to spend more money («typical Chinese» they said!). It’s outright disrespectful and RUDE. This is the first time this happened to me so I didn’t confront them… but now that I think about it, I should’ve have said something. These women are VULTURES so avoid them! There are plenty of places to get your nails done around the area, we picked this place because it’s close to work, but never again, watch out for crazy old ladies!

I paid $ 50 for a mani and pedi for my mom and myself and to be honest, I’ve had better for cheaper. However, this isn’t about the money (at least for us it wasn’t) but rather the job and quality.
My manicurist, an older lady, did a good job; she painted and filed my nails pretty nicely.
Halfway through the mani pedi, they asked us to pay them and once we did, they didn’t care for how the job turned out. Ended up pretty sloppy for my mom. They got even ruder when we tipped them; I guess it wasn’t the amount they wanted. They were also very pushy for us to leave.
Shame in wasting such a nice salon.
It is also pretty rude and obvious to talk about the customers right in front of you.
Won’t be coming back.

They are amazing here! Got a spa pedicure and it lasted for a really long time. Nice ladies, they loved my mom and I. (Maybe cause we are Vietnamese) but they were sweet and really thorough with what they do.

I started going here last year when Lynn, who’s done my nails for almost 10 years, started there.
The girls are super nice, all of them. I’ve never had my nails done by anyone but Lynn, so I can’t say anything about their work, but Lynn is amazing. Especially if you have acrylics. She is the only one that ever did mine correctly. I took them off last year, and she gave me lots of helpful hints to get my nails healthy again. I like to go in there when it’s a bit slower, and the girls all watch tv with me haha. It’s funny. I have to translate a little bit. I really like going when they watch Vietnamese soap operas, then during commercials they fill me in. It’s very entertaining.
For those who posted about them talking in another language, don’t be so insecure. They aren’t talking about you. Lynn translates for me all the time, cause when they all start laughing I wanna know what’s so funny! Maybe I wanna laugh too! And she does. Most of the time they’re talking about what’s on tv lol. If you just stop judging and ask what they’re talking about, they’ll tell you. They’re really nice, and actually feisty and funny, you just don’t know it cause you don’t speak Vietnamese (no judging, I don’t either).
And of course they’re going to offer you a bunch of extra stuff. Not only is that how they make their living, that’s how I found out about gel polish — Lynn asked if I wanted to try it. How are you going to learn about new services, or something you may have forgotten to ask for, if they don’t offer it. It’s a nail salon, we should be used to it by now.
This is a great salon, I’m sad to see it get a few bad reviews. In the year or so I’ve been going there, I’ve never had a bad experience.

Went and had my nails done here on a whim Thursday around 5pm never had been here. I ALWAYS get gel mani’s. I was serviced by a woman named Jenny who was pleasant. I am not one to write reviews but I definitely feel the need too you know what they say a negative experience will be told. Like I mentioned gel mani Thursday just a clear gel with a sparkly red french tip. Sloppy work from the get go but Saturday they were willing to fix it when I went back for a pedi which was okay a pedi is a pedi however my appointment was for 10 wasn’t attended till 10:40 I guess their walkins take precedence whatever back to my gel nails I left around 12 by 5pm that same day I called them to let them know my Gel nails are CRACKING visible hair line cracks so they said since they were closed Sunday for Easter to come in Monday. Now here we are Monday at 1pm & they have the nerve to tell me my nails aren’t cracking it’s the extra coat of clear they put on after fixing the shoddy french design work from Thursday. I have visible little cracks and lifting on the edges ARE YOU KIDDING ME I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t just fix them 6 nails have either cracks or the edges are crumbling/​lifting in only 2 days now other places guarantee their gel work for a week. They just don’t care had they just cared to rectify their crappy workmanship this review wouldn’t have been left. It’s obvious customer service is not a priority. Even if it is the extra layer of gel ummm hello fix my nails I didn’t pay to have hair line cracked looking nails. Nonetheless maybe to them it doesn’t matter that I won’t be back but the truth is the truth they SUCK! I will post photos as soon as I can too bad I have to give at least one star wish I didn’t have too.

This place sucked! I was there yesterday. It’s overpriced and they did a horrible job on my nails! The nail lady told me for a mani, it’s an extra $ 3.00 charge to cut your cuticles. They did a white tip on my nails and the lady did not paint the white tip in a straight line. It has ridged marks and when I told her it supposed to be straight, she blamed my nails for being short and that is why they have a ridged line one them. She said that with short nails, it’s impossible to have a straight line. This place sucks! I don’t not recommend it. My pedi is pretty bad too! The lady did not shape my toenails as I requested into a square and she was in a hurry to finish me up. I only went here because Royal Nails across the street was closed. Seriously, go to Royal Nails!

amaing place with amazing staffs and great service, helen is the owner who is extremely nice. i came in about half an hour before they close and i did prepare myself that i will get some evil looks, however, the staffs are more than amazing when all they do is smiling talking and making you feel comfortable enough to enjoy your spa pedicure .

If it seems too good be true, it probably is. Printed out the coupons that were on their website and pointed them out upon entrance, the woman said that they were good. But when the manicurist examined the coupons (while I was already getting my nails done), she said that there were several typos on the coupons. Bottom line: they gave me $ 2 off my hot oil spa mani and pedi which came down to $ 28 plus tip as opposed to the $ 25 posted on their website.
While they gave me a decent nail job, I didn’t get a hot oil treatment in my pedi. Two other things: it’s rude to speak in another language in front of the customer and do not push for more expensive packages on people who printed out your coupon. Sub par work and lacking in transparency in their advertisement.
I suggest that they fix those typos or I would think they were pulling a «bait and switch» scam.

Made an appt here. Waited 25 minutes and all they had done was remove my polish. Walked out. Never going back. Lousy customer service. That’s the reason I make an appointment. I do not expect to wait 25 minutes! A few minutes maybe, but at least have the decency to tell me it’s going to be a half hour wait! I could have come back! Target is across the street! I had other things to do than sit in a salon for 25 minutes!

I followed Lynn to Max Nails. I am impressed with all the choice of nail colors and they have painted every color on nail tips. Easy to pick a color while getting pampered. I love how they put hot towels on your legs after your pedicare!
I have been with Lynn for 6 yrs! She consistently delivers and my gel nails and pedis always look awesome. I ask Lynn to surprise me with the nail designs and she always delivers. She never tries to upsell, which I like.
Prices are awesome and services are well worth it! Ask for Lynn when u visit!

Great nail salon! Got gel nails done by the sweet Helen. She did a fabulous job. I got pink nails with a gold sparkle on the ring finger. They have a huge selection for gel polish, two big screen tvs and they offer coffee, tea and candy. They also have a stamp card. After 10, you get a free fill or pedi. Comfy chairs and nice décor. Will definitely be back!

I recently had my nails and toes done here. I got acrylics with gel and callouss remover with my pedi. They are very nice and have a lot of colors to choose from.
My complaint is I don’t like going to nail salons who are always trying push other services the whole time I am there. I especially don’t like when I am there for an hour and they are talking to each other in a language I don’t understand. I feel it’s rude. They did good job but the girl who did my nails was kind of rough with my fingers. I will try to find a new place.

The prices here are pretty reasonable and they do a very good job! One of my nails chipped a few days after i had them done and they fixed it for free! Very nice people there

Very clean and attentive… pricing reasonable… pedicure special $ 28 includes a spa pedicre + callous treatment + salt scrub + 15 additional minutes of foot massage! Worth it! Standard fill $ 12…will plan to return!

Lily here is amazing… so welcoming and sweet! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable with a great massage and on the weekday afternoons it is not crowded at all! Prices are on the cheaper side of the norm. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!

I have been going here for a little over a year. I was absolutely in love with this place for about the first year. I usually go here for pink and white acrylics and eyebrows. At first, they ladies were nice didn’t try to up sell too much. Pretty much only would ask if I wanted my cuticles trimmed. The nails always came out perfect. They didn’t really lift, they made them really square and short like I asked, they never yellowed, and they never broke off. They were a little more expensive than other places, but the quality made it worth it. The pedicures were way over priced and I think I only got one done once. However, the last two times I went, my nails and my boyfriend’s mom’s nails were lifting really bad. Two of my nails came off. And they would not stop up selling us. The main lady Helen came over to me (in the middle of the salon, in front of everyone) and said that my lip was hairy so I should get it waxed! After that, I will not be going back.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done!!! They are always nice and welcoming and remeber details about you that make the service seem much more personal. Plus, I get great compliments on a daily basis about how my acrylics look real!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is one of the better nail salons in the area. I am used to having to use the trial and error method in finding a suitable salon that isn’t too pricey. This was a hit on my first visit. The salon is clean and comfortable, it is not very large but tastefully decorated. They have two rather large flat screen televisions to keep you entertained while you are being pampered. I appreciate they keep them on closed captioning instead of having the volume cranked to maximum.
As for the actual nail services they provide– they have a decent selection of polish colors, and a decent selection of colored acrylic powders for the more adventurous (this I appreciate). They also carry a few products from the Dermalogica line if you care to have a facial. On my first visit I had a full set of acrylic nails applied, and a spa pedicure. Both were of decent quality, and lasted for 2+ weeks. I believe my total was under $ 40.00 which is a bargain if you ask me.
On My second visit, I only wanted a pedicure and a polish change on my natural nails and I got just that. I had to remind the pedicurist to clean the excess polish from around my toes but I don’t mind asking because I am extremely picky as most women are about their beauty services. I also ended up with a brow wax that left me a little more pink than usual afterwards but it seems it just depends on which technician waxes you. Not a bad job though.
All in all this is my new local go to nail salon. I would recommend an appointment however, there is one technician who seems to like to scold those who aren’t clear about the services. I am not sure of her name but the nice woman who looks a tad bit like a Leona Lewis lookalike seems to be your best bet for an all around good experience. I also like that she will give my daughter a hand and toe polish with designs for around $ 8.00.
