So smooth. I filed my W2 and 1098s. Ms. Nguyen was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It took her about 20m to complete my taxes and she offered me free advise for the near future. Overall I’m happy with the experience. I’ll be back next year to file them with her.

Horrible service. Made an appointment via phone. Confirmed my appointment the next day. Arrived on time, they had no record of my appointment anywhere. Receptionist was unwilling and unskilled to help. She should be wiping tables at a truck stop coffee shop. Or retired. Or in a rest home. Anywhere but there. My advise, go to any tax prepper, just stay away from these «Stooges in Stanton. »

I needed advice regarding some tax changes that may affect me so I dropped in to this H&R Block location after their web site said that this location was open year-​round. I spoke at length with one of the tax preparers here and I discovered a few things; they really know what they are talking about, and they have the time and infinite patience to answer questions. I am impressed. The person I spoke to also works at another H&R Block location during tax season and if the other tax preparers are half as knowledgeable as this one, the other offices should be great, also.
I know who going to be doing my taxes for this year!
