My husband ordered the menudo to go last Sunday morning and got violently ill later that night. It was the only thing he ate different from the rest of us. Nobody else got sick. He’s never eating there again.

I love this place! I’ve been here a couple times now and they have THEBEST tamales. It’s small but very clean. The gentleman who takes my order is a really nice man. Check it out of you’re in town!

So inconvenient, have been wanting to try this place for a while now, but every time I come they are closed. The hours are not the best.

Wanted to eat here, but as we approached the door, there was a handwritten note that said they only take cash. Bummer! We’ll try it again, and I will update my review then.

The mole poblano is easily 6 stars. That sauce…(swoon)! Smoky and dark in color and slightly sweet with a spicy kick, served over a perfectly cooked juicy chicken thigh and drumstick; $ 10.99. The dish comes with three tortillas which are as thick as they come. I was in awe how fluffy they were in spite being about 1.5x the regular width. The Brawny man would be blown away how amazing a job those tortillas were for soping up that mole sauce! My 3 y/o son and hubs got the taquito plate and beef enchiladas with green sauce; both $ 7.99 each. The rice and beans are ok… its the main item that steals the spotlight. The taquitos were made from those same thick tortillas and had an amazing crunch! Just a note, they come covered in lettuce & crema, so if you like them über crunchy like I do, I’d ask for it on the side or not at all. The green enchiladas were tasty, moist and delicious… my Hubs says the meat was really good and the best part of his meal. We both agree the staff was amazing and very nice… even though there was a language barrier. Only 1 gentleman speaks English & he was not there until right before we left. p. s. Signs were up everywhere saying they are currently not taking credit cards. I would say it is safe to assume this is a cash only establishment. There’s a ATM at the liquor store next door.

Parking is a squeeze but well worth it. The food is delicious and authentic. The spot is cozy and fun with good music playing in the background. And the owner and staff are great people. This is a good spot to sit in and dine yet still offers quick and friendly service. Favorites are: enchiladas toluqueñas quesadilla de papa tacitos de res

Ordered the burrito mojado with carnitas and verde sauce it was packed with meat but it was a little on the spicy side and for 7.40 I just don’t think it was worth it

I go in yesterday to order pozole that was posted in window for 3.99 and they tell me it’s on Tuesday. I tell him I’ll be back tomorrow, he says we’ll be waiting. I call to order at same time today, he says we’re closed, it’s 4:30 pm. Two attempts, still no pozole.

I have been here a handful of times and up until today the food had been great. I always ordered shrimp or fish filet but today I decided to try their Torta de milanesa and it was Horrible!!! It had absolutely no flavor and the bread was terrible. I got takeout and when I got home it was super soggy, and I only live 2 minutes away driving distance… I recommend no one ever orders a torta from here.

This is authentic Mexican Fare so don’t expect Taco Bell or Del Taco. The wife and I have been going here for years and in our opinion this is the best Mexican food in the general area. It is a small place and is always packed. We usually order to go as it may be hard to find a seat.

Do not do business with these people, horrible, discriminatory business practices. My girlfriend and I walked up here from our house earlier today, she was looking to apply for a job, per their Help Wanted sign. She went in to do so, and about a minute later walked out very upset. They wouldn’t even give her a chance to apply, said that the job is for men. I went in to have a word with the manager she spoke with, after a minute or so of speaking with him, explaining that what he did is illegal and that I would be reporting this, he started giving me this«No speak English» spiel. This place does not deserve your business, there are plenty of better restaurants in the area that don’t treat human beings this way.

I’ve never actually stepped foot in this place but some of the guys at work, namely the warehouse guys swear this is the best place around the office. The first time I went there I asked for a burrito, half carne asada and half carnitas. I thought they would mix both of them together and I could enjoy them together but they ended up making it with one side carne and one side carnitas. It was like my burrito was divided by an imaginary line similar to the DMZ or the former Berlin Wall. Second trip I had the lengua(beef tongue) burrito. This was completely awesome and one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Ask for a side of regular salsa or their salsa verde. To quench your thirst have them make you one of their frescas. If I didn’t care about getting any bigger I’d probably eat here several times a week.

Legit little hole in the wall!!! I’m holding back a star until I go back 2 or 3 more times and try some new items. So far I tried their chorizo, potato and cheese enchiladas and they were great prices too, and such friendly authentic service!!!

Mixed bag. Chicken mole poblano was very good. Very nutty mole. Chile rellenos were weak. The batter was sweet and the sauce was thin. Hand made tortillas. Waitresses speak English(if you care).
