Clear View Glass & Screen

Business was recommended by my HOA to replace and install HOA approved doors. When I called him on Monday, he blew me off and said he was running out the door and he would get back to me the next day. Tuesday happened and no phone call. Wednesday I left him a message and have not received a call back. Today is Friday. Now I’m left with having to find the door online and have our handyman install it.
Very unresponsive business. I do not recommend.

The price was pretty reasonable — the best among 4 other local glass and mirror companies I checked with. They were responsive, available and did the work pretty quickly. They replaced a cracked mirror closet door (other places tried to get you to buy another whole closet set), re-​did the track that was off on another closet, replaced the felt on the top track, and replaced the screens on my windows with new ones. Only 2 things prevented me from giving 5 stars. They didn’t replace both front and back felt strips at the top closet track — the owner deducted a little from the bill for that though. The window screens looked kind of cheap, and the screen liner on one window was sticking out. Really good prices compared to the other glass and mirror companies.

The owner, Jim, just finished installing a glass shower door for me. He was great. Called me right back after my initial inquiry, and set up a time for the following day. He installed a «DIY» frameless glass door that I had previously purchased. He was on time, clean, reasonably priced and thorough. He quoted a price range over the phone, and stuck to it once the job was complete. I would recommend his services. Thank you Jim.
