James has serviced our new system twice and fixed several important things on our system not working correctly. In addition, he was very helpful working with me to connnect to the WiFi and get us hooked up for managing our system from our phones. He arrived during scheduled timeframe and spent two hours very patiently working with me to connect the technology and explain it to me. I am very pleased with the service we have received from Climatech and look forward to future maintenance for our system.

Patrick M. did my Spring seasonal service evaluation and tune-​up and, as usual, I came away satisfied that the work was done correctly and at a fair price. I’ve had many Climatech service techs out to my home at different times over the years and have been satisfied with the services they performed. In speaking with Patrick before he started work, he was already very knowledgeable about MY system, which I liked. He was on time. He was professional, thorough and neat. And he was friendly and informative about exactly what he found and the maintenance he performed during his service call. Can’t ask for a better experience.

I have used Climatech for the last few years. This year our AC went crazy. I went out and Climatech came out and fixed it. easy solution and just a service charge. Then a week later it went out again. This time it was something different but they fixed and did not even charge us the service charge. Their techs are courteous and clean up well after themselves.

Climatech was recommended by my home inspector, so I called them with a question about the cost of getting central heat and AC put in. When the sales guy called me back he told me they didn’t provide services in my area, but despite the fact that he knew it wouldn’t get him any business, he offered to give me an idea what the service would cost. He took the time to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone and offered to put me in touch with installers in my area. I appreciate the customer service!

We found the company through a friend’s recommendation and thank goodness for that. Luckily the tech was in the neighborhood and was here within minutes of the initial call. Jerry was very friendly, quick, thorough and informative. All for a very reasonable charge! It’s a huge relief knowing we have someone we can rely on for future service needs.
