So apparently the new owners at Metro self storage don’t necessarily care about the fact that many people are struggling for one reason or another. I have a friend who is in a pretty tough spot financially and health wise. And is having trouble making payments on time. But doing the best they can. After having discussions with this company about limits on when payments can be made and things like that it turns out that maybe this company lies a little bit and misrepresents themselves. Now I understand that nobody should get preferential treatment and I’m not saying that these people should not have to pay their bill. But after being long standing customers how about a little leeway helping a struggling person a struggling family. After all we are all human beings aren’t we. Do not get lost in money it is the root of all evil. I can assure you that whatever money they owe you will get paid and business will continue as usual. But unfortunately for yourself and for this company you have created a not so desirable situation for you. I just hope that if you intend to do good business in the future that these terrible reviews you are about to receive will not make that harder for you

Thief!!! They stole my money!!! And i Signed up for a few hours… Will never recommend anyone to go here. You have lost future service from a lot of people. They are quick to sign you up but they are liars!!! Dont waste your money & time. Nothing really costs 1 dollAr. $&&);/-

This place has been under new management for over a year. They will not let you make a payment online after you are 5 days late, per email from their manager: ‘You cannot make a payment online at this time, after being 35 days late. A payment can be made by calling our office at 973−347−8300, ext. 2. Your lock was cut yesterday and the $ 100 lien fee added to your account. Please call the office to make this payment asap.“ They are pretty hard-assed.
