History
Established in 2014.
Originally built as one of Stanford’s general grocery stores, the building was then briefly occupied by the Stanford Church of God and later became McReynolds Funeral Home. After McReynolds Beck Funeral Home closed its doors, it became The Last Stop Bar & Grill and then transitioned into Tweaker’s. Now the Stanford Pour House LLC has committed itself to the preservation of Stanford’s history. The walls and décor tell a story of our local and national history, from vintage photos to the original Bloomington YMCA boxing ringside bell and Stanford Presbyterian Church cabinetry.
Meet the Business Owner
Brian M.
Business Owner
A co-owner of the Stanford Pour House LLC, Brian is an avid foodie with a passion for sharing food! He has a long history in the service industry, including bartending. His food is creative and he often cooks «off the cuff» and enjoys serving up his fun food and cocktails. You are always in for a treat with a gourmet flair when he is in kitchen or behind the bar.
The other co-owner, Barry, enjoys his time with our patrons. An airline pilot by trade, when he is here, he brings a touch of the old-fashioned Pub feel to the Pour House. He is our resident Brit!
