The guys who work there are very friendly and are not to pushy about selling you something, I felt like they were very honest. The service was also quick! I will be back soon.

Super kind and very helpful. Prompt service. Assistant manager provided particularly excellent service. It’s a drive through service which is interesting. But they make it easy and quick.

Dealership and hank mays didn’t have appt for oil change for 4 days. Came to valvoline and oil change and tire rotation done in under 20 minutes! Typically wait an hour or more at the other places even with appt. Emilio was quick, informative and professional. Showed me other items that needed change but wasn’t pushy. I’ll definitely come back for my oil changes.

Came in for an oil change and these guys didn’t reconnect the throttle hose. A week later my car was stalling and the check engine light was on. Not knowing much about cars myself, I had to take the car to Toyota for them to point out their obvious mistakes. Totally clueless and unprofessional group working here.

I had a great experience here. It was cool that I got to stay in my car while they did it and the change was quick. They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need, even told me my filters were still good despite my «time for a change» light coming on.

Avoid at all costs. 1 week after getting an oil change with these morons and my car is stalling and stuttering whenever accelerating past 60MPH. I have 3 different mechanics look at my car to diagnose it, and each and everyone of them told me the head gasket is leaking oil which resulted in the damaging of my spark plugs/​cords as well as resulting in said symptoms. they check the oil and observe it to be above the designated treshold, approx 1.5L over. I bring it over to these incompetent fools, only to have them chastise me and treat me with total disregard, telling me my oil is just fine. Needless to say, I show them various photos indicating that the oil is well over, however when they checked it they stated it was fine. They don’t seem to understand that the oil is leaking out from the car which is why they are reading it differently a few days later after the initial reading I got from the other mechanics. These morons are responsible for my head gasket going out

Miguel the assistant manager is awesome. I was here for 2 minutes and I felt like a huge priority. Very courteous, professional, competent and transparent. Gave me a tip to save money also. His staff and team very friendly and funny. They make the time go by. I travel to STAMFORD a lot for business. So I will!!! See him again.

I can’t say enough good things about getting any oil change here! In and out in less than 25 minutes. Great service, everyone was super friendly, and helpful! I loved that you get to wait in your car!!!

Easiest way to describe this place is just to equate it with a Jiffy Lube. I left my cube a little after 11 and got back to my cube before 11:30, just to give you an estimate of how actually instantaneous this place actually is.
First off do not try to turn into this place on East Main Street, because you are likely to hit a car leaving from it’s oil change. East Main Street is the EXIT ONLY. The entrance is actually located around the corner on Sherman Street.
I was flagged towards the middle port, which already had a car in it but they were just finishing up. The technician assisting me for the day was Kevin. He came out and greeted me and explained the process and assured me that the car in front of me was finishing up. Surely enough, two minutes later I was in the car port.
They checked my lights, fluid levels, and air filter. Kevin was really good, walking me through each step of the process and keeping me in the loop about what they were doing.
