History

Established in 1990.

I started Supreme Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service in 1990 as I wanted to be a business owner providing a service that had both demand and something I could identify with. Cleaning and restoring furnishings improves their appearance and my clients are very happy that they not only look great but will also last much longer. It typically takes knowledge, skill and at times, innovative approaches to removing difficult stains. I also try to save my customers money by keeping costs down, not selling questionable, high profit margin products, doing as much as possible on-​site such as Oriental and area rug cleaning which saves transporting carpets, wrapping costs and the inconvenience of parting with your items. We’ll advise when items should be taken out.

In addition to having a business background, I enjoy the physical nature of what I do and dealing with new and interesting people. I also enjoy the independence of being an entrepreneur and managing all facets of a business.

I started this business in 1990 as I wanted to work for myself and do something I could identify with. Like any restorative business, there’s a certain element of creativity that is required to outperform your competition. I’ve tried to incorporate industry standard techniques with proprietary solutions that have been developed over time so that we can achieve optimal results. We try to be different than others by resolving things that other services say can’t be done.

I’m very focused on controlling costs, not marketing questionable, high margin services and providing great value. I encourage my customers to ask questions so that I can address any concerns of theirs. Open communication is always important between any business owner and customer.
