This place was hazardous to shop around in. Everything was in bundles and piles and all over the floor and shelves. Nothing was categorized or placed around correctly. Their manager(Brenda that day) needs to get the store cleaner so customers can enjoy their shopping experience

Great customer service. The only negative about this Old Navy is the parking situation and it’s a lot smaller than most other stores so the selection is kinda limited

one of the most frustrating Old Navys ever. Its a WRECK all the time. nothing is sized nothing is marked correctly the racks and shelves are either over stuffed or not stocked. Its about two miles from my house and only because a particular item i like is so inexpensive right now– today i’m driving 30 minutes to the next nearest Old Navy to find it. The one up the road from my house probably has it but there were no employees available(of the 3 working) to help me look. Bonkers. The only reason i gave it two stars and not one is because Old Navy as a whole has decent prices.

This is your typical Old Navy store: messy, never enough employees on the registers, and always good prices. I went in yesterday and bought 2 long-sleeved thermal shirts, a tank-top, a jacket, a scarf, and a sweatshirt all for less then $ 57! Many things in the store were on-sale because of Christmas, some 50−70% off! You can’t beat that. I love Old Navy for basics, and you really can’t go wrong shopping there when they have a sale!
