They took me step by step through the entire claim process, from putting in the claim, to getting me in a rental. I’m very satisfied with the service provided by the entire team at My Way Auto Body, very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of auto body or mechanical needs. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

This autobody shop has the rudest people! I have seriously never spoken with people who are so blatently lacking in customer service. Don’t put yourself through it if you don’t have to.

I dealt with TJ the owner and do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE MY WAY AUTO BODY. Unethical, poor workmanship and a horrible commitment to making things right. Their employees are clueless and have bad attitudes. I am shocked at how they remain in business.

This place is a complete rip-​off when it comes to towing. I’m actually in a process of filing a complaint to DMV. I normally don’t write a review for a business other than restaurants, but this place should not be in towing business.
My car got towed from my townhouse in the middle of Saturday night by a jerk who has the power to call for a tow guy because he got freaked out by 3−4inches of snow in our parking lot. On Sunday, I wanted to pick up my car. The business sign says ²⁴⁄₇. So I called to arrange a pick up. 2 different persons answered my phone calls as if the business is open. Turns out… if I want to get my car on Sunday, I had to pay $ 50 for a guy to release my car! That is insane. My total bill was $ 223.33 for less than 2 miles tow from my house. They charged a maximum amount that DMV allows even though the tow was less than 2 miles. I can’t imagine if you need your car tow from 15miles away! They will add on all kinds of fee that would just make you want to get a lawyer.
I am furious with this kind of rip off. So please be ware. If you need a tow truck, stay away from this business. They are practically a robber.

Stay away from this place, it’s full of conniving con artists. They have no sense of proper business ethics, they overcharge, and try to slap extra charges on your bill that don’t belong there. Completely immoral people, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There’s some friendly and honest auto body shops in Port Chester, NY, just two towns over.

This place is the best! Fast, inexpensive, and NICE!
