Lifecycle was a great experience for me. I was recommended by a friend who works at the current gym I’m at. The studio was inviting and very clean, the bikes were all really nice and a lot different then your normal spin bike but in a good way. I went on a Thursday night and took class with Maria who is absolutely wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Music was also great even though Maria said she was trying out a new playlist. The first class you take is free which is another great incentive to go.
All around wonderful experience, I will definitely go back.

I haven’t been going to the gym like I should have, and am recovering from ACL replacement surgery so I’m avoiding high-​impact exercise. I found out about LifeCycle and talked to the owner about the kind of exercise I was looking for, and my concerns about my injury. She was knowledgeable and understanding, and on top of that the classes with her and another instructor were motivating and they made sure I was pushed to the right level, but not past what was healthy.
It’s a tough workout, but they made it really enjoyable and motivating and I’ve been returning steadily since then!
