I was worried after seeing all the negative reviews, grabbed my stuff and braced myself for a long wait. Parking is convenient, it was raining, so I parked on the lower level, elevator takes you directly up to the 5th floor right in front of their door. I waited maybe 10 minutes as they were trying to sort out the paperwork etc and then the very emphatic nurse took the test and wished me to get better soon. I think I was there for max 30 min. I arrived at 9:20 Monday morning without having made an appointment and there was no-​one else, later two people came in.

With or without an appointment it takes forever. Only one of two computers is working. Staff is overwhelmed, but patient with ever complaining patrons. LabCorps is ruining themselves by having a site that is understaffed, and under resourced.

Even though I made an appointment I got there and still had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes behind people without appointments. What’s the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait?

Pinky is great. Check the hours they are open and close for lunch and make sure you aren’t in s rush. Usually only one person working at a time.

Getting my blood taken was quick and painless — literally
