This place $ 36 for mani, pedi. And they always use new file.buff. It’s good price. feel so clean. Free massage also. I love it.

I don’t mind paying more for a great service, but when a mani/pedi is $ 40 I expect more than minimal care and attention to the client. Over priced, not very clean, not very friendly and massages were a solid 10 seconds long… What a waste.

Went back for another mani/pedi 2 days before having to go to a wedding. I had picked a «more expensive» polish brand that I had never heard of(additional $ 3) and I assumed meant it would last longer. But the morning of the wedding there were chips on my fingernailsand I hadn’t even done anything that would damage them. My toes still look great a week later(OPI polish) so I will chalk this up to a bad brand of polish and stick with OPI from here on out.

I have been a loyal customer to Harbor Point from the day it opened, and have consistently had almost weekly manicures and pedicure. I recently had a manicure that smudged — when I went in to have it fixed the salon owner accused me of always coming in with ‘smudging issues’ which is factually not true. I explained that it was my first time, and she kept repeating that she would make an exception this time but it couldn’t happen again. Not only was she rude and untruthful, she told me this in front of many other customers. I left shortly after without having them correct my nails. So disappointed.

I seriously can’t believe this place doesn’t have 5 stars from everyone! My manicure and pedicure were fantastic. I moved here 2 years ago from the city and haven’t found a place I love until now! The massage and foot massage were amazing! Maybe it gets busy after 5… Making it harder for them to multi task everyone coming in… But a Friday at noon was really peaceful! Cindy did my pedicure/foot massage and a guy(don’t know his name…) had to do my manicure and back message, he was also great. Will be back for sure. Pedicure 26, mani 10 $ manicure

I had Cindy for a pedicure, which cost $ 26. Definitely well worth it and one of my favorite pedicures ever. They have a great selection of polishes, all OPI and Essie. The massage part of the pedicure was the most luxurious I’ve ever had, with exfoliation, hot stone, and regular lotion massage. Super nice. Also I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a lot of reviews! There are 10 people in there on a Tuesday evening. Walking in wasn’t a problem though.

Had a terrible mani/pedi experience: when I entered, I asked if they can take me immediately and they said ‘yes’. I was seated for a pedi, spa jets turned on with the water and I waited… for 30 mins before anyone worked on me. If they just told me it took that long, I would have done something else and come back in 30mins. Also, the mani/pedi itself lasted 2 days, which is pretty unacceptable. Their prices are also on the high end.

I don’t know why people have said anything negative. I get great service, and I’ve been many times, for both manicures and pedicures. Very friendly and professional, clean. I couldn’t ask for more from a local spot.

I really wanted to love this place. Its right across from Fairway, 2 mins from my office, and just seemed like it was going to be great. Its very nice inside — clean, organized, professional, very nicely decorated. The person who worked with me was extremely nice. I was there for a gel mani but first had to have my prior gel coat removed, which she did gently and without damaging my nails. It was impressive and she just used a very fine filing block to do it — no scraping or serious filing. Unfortunately, my nails don’t look so great now. The edges of the mani aren’t straight and re kind of ragged and she waited until after she painted my nails to push back my cuticles and didn’t trim the sides of my nails at all(which was needed). Also, I pad $ 12MORE than I have at other places in the area. Granted the complementary massage that she gave me was nice, but you get that other places as well. Over all, it was overpriced and I got a sub-par gel mani. Really disappointing since it started off on such a high note.

I love this place. It’s right next door to where I live, and the quality and cleanliness are top notch. Quick, friendly, reliable service and treat you like you are part of the family. You must try this place for yourself!

Well, I’m writing an update from the haute nails. As i mentioned before my sister and I came here after the new owners took over. well my sister’s nails are still in perfect condition after a month later(she got her nails done by Lisa), however, my 2 nails broke, so i decided to go back and get my nails by Lisa this time, however, she quit this establishment according to the worker there. If anyone finds out where Lisa went. Can someone post her new location please??? Thank you. Btw, if you want info on my original post, it’s under the previous store name Unilocal.haute nails beauty
