History
Established in 2013.
The Hios family has built this Norwalk staple in 1962 having many locations throughout Norwalk, eventually settling down at the main street address. In 1998 Nick Hios took over and ran the business successfully for 10 years, in 2008 the ownership decided they wanted to go their separate ways. Later that year Nick met Marc Mitrano, quickly becoming friends they realized that they held the same dream to open up their very own restaurant. Years later after they decided to take the step and get back into the business as partners, Nick with a lifetime of restaurant experience, and Marc with years of chef experience in the pizza field. They hope to bring back a much desired pizza along with a plethora of new flavors.
