Prior to joining Keller Williams Prestige Properties and developing his own team known as The Carozza Realty Group, Chris was a leading agent at Raveis Realty and William Pitt Sotheby’s for over 9 years.

Was referred to the Carozza Really Group through a family member who also has a positive experience. Met with Adam W., a young professional realtor, and was impressed with his knowledge of the local market. He walked us through the process and within 2 weeks, we had an accepted offer.
I decided to go ahead with his recommendations for mortgage broker, attorney, and inspector. Could not be more pleased with the results. Everything went so smoothly, efficiently, and with excellent communication all around.
We closed on time, June 2016, as expected. I would highly recommend working with this real estate group. I will certainly seek them out in the future for other real estate purposes.

I just closed on the home in Mar16. I worked with Adam and the process was absolutely 5 star worthy. I couldn’t have asked for a better Real Estate company. I loved that we were able to find exactly what we were looking for because our priorities were discussed within a first meeting. The best part was the fact that they help through the entire process of getting a home (not just finding it, which just a first step). They put in in contact with loan origination company as well as appraisal services, and an attorney. Adam was very quick to respond, answered all our questions, and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommending!

Chris and team are the best realtors and helped to make a very stressful process manageable. I highly recommend him. He has a team of supportive and friendly agents that help out when it is required. He was also able to interact well with the buying and selling agent and get questions answered quickly. We had to move out of state before listing our house, Chris helped us sail through the process. Like I said buying or selling a house is not a pleasurable experience in my onion but Chris made it more pleasurable. We moved back and started to look for houses to buy and we got the same level of high quality service and his experience helped us make the right choice. Thanks Chris and Jen!

I found the Carozza group after contacting them through a real estate post on Zillow. Chris immediately returned my message. Since I was a first time home buyer I did not need a listing agent as well, Chris’s partner Adam took over as he only works as a buying agent. Adam was quick to move and listened to exactly what I wanted in a place. He took my feedback and ran with it providing a very robust list of choices that all fit my specs.
The process couldn’t have been easier and I will be referring them to any friends and family looking for an agent.

I recently purchased my first home using Chris Carozza as my real estate agent. Chris was patient as we looked at many homes until we found the right one. Throughout the search Chris was a great source of information about the neighborhoods. As first time home buyers, Chris educated us on market conditions and inventory — exactly what we needed! He was direct but not forceful and we never felt he was steering us in a direction that made us uncomfortable. He has a solid understanding of the fears that we first time home-​buyers had and gave us the information we needed in order to make the best decision on where and what to buy.
