Sterling McCall Nissan Collision Center of Stafford

Wow, great service. I had body work done a few weeks ago and noticed something abnormal going on in the same area. Made an appointment with Kyle and he made time in his busy schedule to fit me in. He immediately addressed my concerns and fixed the problem promptly.
The level of service that Kyle provides is a level I have not experienced from a collision center. He is trustworthy, honest, transparent, and wants the best for his customers.
If you want to talk about commitment to excellence, Kyle’s got it. I would refer his outstanding service to anyone. He is making a great name for Sterling McCall.

My vehicle was involved in a very minor accident while parked on 7÷10÷15. I was advised by Geico to go to Sterling McCall Nissan Collision Center in Stafford because «it would be faster» than going to my favorite Kia dealership. After 4 weeks finally got the car back I had a terrible squeak. Took it back two days later and another 2 weeks later got my car back just to end up with a terrible pop sound every time I turned right. The total after two trips to Sterling McCall was just under $ 5100 in damages and rental fees.
I cannot IMPLORE you enough to stay away from Sterling McCall. The staff is incompetent, has no customer service skills, no desire for wanting to make sure you have a safe vehicle, not to mention — Sterling McCall was the only business I saw on Hwy 59 that did not drop their flag to half staff after Deputy Goforth was killed.

My customer journey was not good. I was steered to this facility by GEICO and it was a big mistake. I don’t like having my time wasted and I don’t like being lied to. Not only was my car not ready on time, (With a three week window), I had to bring it back when it left. They did a terrible job of assessing the damage, and had to repair it twice, not once after the issue being brought to their attention. In the end, they had to pay GEICO for the extra car rental that was totally used up by this facility’s incompetence. I was finally able to get help by escalating my issue to an executive at Group 1 Automotive (their parent company). Even this wasn’t easy as he didn’t return my call. I was one day away from filing a lawsuit. Their telephone manners are non-​existent. Not pleased at all. I will say, that towards the end, the staff did try to make things right, but the damage had already been done.

Avoid at all cost. The collision center lacks professionalism! Sub par repairs. I’d love to say i took it back and spoke with the manager, and everything was fine, HOWEVER that was not the case. I’d assume the problem starts at the top. «Wade» i believe is his name, after pointing the defects out to him the car came back with the defect in still place. At this point, he said that was the «best we can do.»
I explained to him that i wasn’t going to accept my vehicle in its current condition, because i paid for the vehicle to be fixed. After some back and forth I’m finally satisfied.
I do have concerns on the quality of the services provided, but only time will tell.
Quality and customer service starts at the top, pick somewhere else to take your vehicle. Even if you have gieco, use another one of their locations.
