History

Established in 1991.

In 1989, Jerry and Paulette Janak, along with their five children moved to Sugar Land. Following 25 years in the geophysical industry and the oil bust of the late 1980’s, they decided it was time for a change. They had listened to «Paul Harvey News» for years and, in 1991, decided to buy a ServiceMaster franchise at his advice. They believed that doing business with servant’s hearts and having the backing of the ServiceMaster Company would ensure success.

Business Owner

Paulette Janak co-​owns ServiceMaster SouthWest and manages fire cleaning and packout services for the company. Prior to starting this business, she was a middle and high school mathematics teacher and successful small business owner.

Now with over 23 years in the disaster restoration industry, Paulette has a diverse background of both leadership and industry related training, is IICRC certified in Smoke and Odor and has a wide range of experience which is ultimately the best instructor.

Paulette and husband, Jerry, are committed to restoring their client’s property and peace of mind through service with integrity. They work to accomplish this by providing a God-​honoring environment as well as professional training to empower their team to identify the needs of and deliver amazing service to their customers.
