Established in 2007.
Established in 2007 by Dr. Alejandro Aguirre in Houston, Texas to bring the USA market the opportunity to enjoy the traditional taste of Venezuelan Cheeses. These All Natural Cheeses are made following artisan guides and have no preservatives added. As of 2011 Queso Palmita has distribution points in several states of the union (Illinois, Michigan, Conneticut, Minnesota, California y Florida) and Panama and Costa Rica.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela; Dr. Alejandro is a Veterinarian graduated from The Zulia State University who learned how to make cheese at a very young age. Came to the USA and got the Certification and license from AVMA in 2007. He is married to Cindy M. and has three children.
