Athletic sports fitness training for youth & high school sports. We help athletes become stronger, faster, quicker, and more explosive in functional athletic movements. Training sessions are developed around your children’s age. Including customized classes for 7 – 13 yr olds, 13 – 22 yr olds, and adult strength training for 23 – 60 yr olds.

History

Established in 1994.

OSP has been open and operating in Fort bend County since 1994 and has been training athletes of all ages and gender. We have helped over 300+ athletes get to the next level of college and professional sports. Voted Houston’s Best Training Facility in 2013.

Business Owner

Coach Sellers is a 1998 graduate of Houston Baptist University where he played college baseball and graduated with a double major in Kinesiology and Biology. He has worked in Fort Bend Independent School District since 1998, where he served as a head baseball coach and also owned and directed Southwest All-​Star Baseball Camps. Coach Sellers earned accolades such as All-​Greater Houston Baseball Coach of the Year and Houston 5A Baseball Coach of the Year. Coach Sellers is also certified in training by the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
