History

Established in 1988.

Island Property Company was started on St. Simons in 1994. Prior to that Gerry was a commercial real estate agent in Atlanta and was involved in other businesses as well. Since beginning on St. Simons, Island Property Company has evolved into mainly a commercial brokerage and management company. It also assists select clients buying all types of property, including residential properties, and managing residential and commercial properties.

Business Owner

Gerry has been owner of Island Property Company and its predecessor company since 1988. He also owns a commercial brokerage company and is licensed in Florida and South Carolina, in addition to Georgia. Gerry works with his clients to help them find just what they are looking for, whether it be a house at the beach, on the golf course, or a commercial investment property. When not on St. Simons Gerry works mainly as a commercial broker, but on St. Simons, the market is such that he can help anyone with anything is it relates to real estate brokerage.
