I do not like writing bad reviews, but when companies have employees with bad attitudes I am obligated. This past weekend was my son’s birthday party and rented one from this company. Unfortunately, it was a wash-​out and could not use it.
Followed up with the company on Monday to find out what the policy was when there were rain outs and the gentleman who answered quickly snapped stating we do not offer refunds regardless of weather. I did not ask for one and only wanted to know what happens during that time. I wasn’t expecting money back but if you have employees with bad attitudes on the phone there is no need to do business with them.
