Came here for a mani.
Changed the price on me 3 times.
Didn’t trim cuticles,
Even as to as for my nails to even be filed and buffed.
I had to ask the woman who did my nails to file them down twice. Then she left me with these squares.
Had to ask to get them rounded.
Rushed thru the entire process.
I had to remind her to put a top coat on my nails, no hand massage either.
Finally when it came time to charge my card — she added a extra ZERO.
I guess it’s an easy mistake, but after the whole experience, the mistake of overcharging just made it all worse.
2 stars because they have a lot of color options.
That’s the ONLY reason it has 2 stars.
But I will never be back.
I overpaid for a terrible manicure /​polish change.
Best of all a right outside their door is a banner for 20% off.
They didn’t give me 20% off

Thea is so creative! I’m the queen of neutral nails but she always finds a way to give me a little sparkle. Love my mani-​pedis here. So great that it isn’t a mega-​salon with 20 technicians all in a row. Lots of parking!

I am the founder of BE PATIENT WITH ME. COM. I stopped by WE R NAILS&SPA in St Petersburg, Florida last week ⁰²⁄₁₃ /​2016. I couldn’t believe their good and friendly services. I was coming from Texas and arrived close to their closing time. I was sore from head to toe from driving 16 hours straight. Ms Thea massage my neck and shoulders while Ms Kim Anh gave me a massage pedicure. They did a wonderful wonderful job including friendly service and patience with me. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I absolutely love this place! great quality work. I always get the gel manicure and never chips! it stays perfect for 3 weeks! the owner is awesome! she makes sure the work being done is perfect!

I have had the pleasure of two visits to this salon. The first I was taken care of by the owner. The second time I had another technician. The shop had friendly staff, modern music and great prices. They have a loyal customer reward card. 10 visits and then you get $ 5 off. What a fantastic way to help out a place you’re already going!

I will only go to this nail salon to get my nails done. I love Lily! She’s fantastic. ;)

I love this place! I am very particular about my nails and I’ve never been disappointed regardless who does my nails. I usually walk in, though I should really make appointments. Chi is always very accommodating to me & the atmosphere is always fun. They know how to take care of their clients.

I decided to try this place because it was close to my house. I will NEVER go back. This place is horrible. The staff is unfriendly. I gave this a 1 star because I HAD to in order to write a review.

Chi and her staff were more than accommodating. As a man, I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable getting a pedicure but she put me at ease.
She also waxed my eyebrows and I no longer have a unibrow!

Went here today for the 1^st time. Got a full set of pink & white. Fastest job ever! Looks great! I’m pleased. Nail tech was very personable.

Absolutely amazing work they are all so very nice and will always greet you with a smile .I will definitely be back for another visit soon

I have been to this salon twice since I moved to st. Pete in February. This is honestly the best salon I have been to in the area. The owner has the best customer service I’ve experienced and her technique is out of this world. I will continue to go back and enjoy the service, the management, as well as the free beverages and snacks.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon! After the owner lectured me on the phone about arriving on time and calling 24 hrs in advance if I was not coming (this was my first visit) they proceeded to give me the worst customer service experience nightmare I have ever encountered. I arrived 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment at 1:03 (took a wrong turn and had to turn around) The owner and 1 tech were working and after a couple of minutes she asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment, she looked at her clock to see if I was on time. 5 to 8 minutes minutes later they asked if I would like a drink. At about 1:20 they put me in a chair and left me to sit with my feet in water that quickly turned cold until 1:48, when I informed them I needed to leave at 2:30. The owner said she would do my manicure while her tech did my pedicure. The tech them proceeded to try to get an ingrown toenail out of my toe and cut my skin while doing so. The owner then came over and told me how they had recently turned away a customer who complained that when her tech removed her ingrown toenails she caused her to get an infection. The owner said she had bad ingrown nails and it was not her techs fault. I guess she wanted to warn me not to complain. When she came over the tech started to complain that her ovaries were hurting and she was in pain. She got up shortly thereafter and went to her car and left. I should also mention she did not even say goodby, she just left. The owner rushed to finish my polish at 2:40 and I left. She did apologize but the damage was done and I was unfortunately late to my next destination.

Walked in. They said it would be a few mins. Then 5 mins later she asked if 10 minutes would be ok. I said ok. 30 mins went by and finally I told them that I was waiting over 30 mins and I’m leaving. Just wasted 45 minutes when clearly they could have told me it would be a longer wait.

Another fabulous shellac mani & pedi. I’ve never had shellac nails that lasted 2 solid weeks without chipping until i came here. I drive 30 minutes just to go here and it is worth every penny. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. This nail salon sure knows how to pamper you.

The owner at this nail salon genuinely cares about her customers. When I went there for a pedicure she was very comfortable and open with me, asked me questions about the quality of her services and talked about her experience. The massaging chairs are nice, location is new and clean. She has many polish color choices and offers drinks to per patrons. I like that she told me she encourages her employees not to rush through the services with clients and to avoid giving them the «jerking» motion leg massages. I will deff be going back here again.
