History

Established in 2013.

I started teaching in the public school system 4 years ago. I began working as a tutor during the summers and after school in order to help my students and continue perfecting my teaching methods.

In that time, I saw that some students were having difficulties reading that I did not understand. This observation led me to attend a comprehensive training by the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. At this training, I learned methods that help dyslexic students and struggling readers work past their difficulties and thrive. I found that I really enjoy working one on one and in small group with students and decided that pursuing my own tutoring business was the best way to help those struggling students grow to their fullest potential.

Since that time, I have worked as a tutor in all subjects grades K-6. I have seen the difference that educational interventions can make for children who struggle. I am confident that our methods can help your child grow.
