The owner is very rude. I left my clothes there to sell and after the 90 day period I called to see what sold and see if I had any money. I was told that the time to pick up my money had past??? Unbelievable. Yes in the fine print in the contract it says to pick up at the end of the contract. I didn’t even imagine that meant that exact day? I have worked with many consignment stores in the past and at the end of the 90 days they see what sold, cut a check, call the client and give them the check whenever they come in. This is a horrible policy? I wasn’t even in town during that time frame to go back to the store. She told me any paperwork at that point was in the basement. 3 weeks after the end of the contract? WOW. Do not go here to give your clothes or shop.

This place is filthy and smells of mold. The clothes aren’t worth the amount they ask for them and there is too many racks you can’t walk around there. Its a shame that they have a perfect location but don’t use it to their advantage. I’ve been in there twice and the second time a lady started to vacuum the place with shoppers in there and she was the only one working. You vacuum before you open or when you close! I suggest you close shop and donate to Daystar.

Such a disappointment and waste of time. The store was hard to navigate and very disorganized. If there were quality pieces … I couldn’t find them mostly because I couldn’t take the sheer volume of stuff. Such a shame … The location is great. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place has earned one.

I went into this store while walking in st pete, it seemed to have a nice selection. I saw a nice jacket on the rack and went to try it on, «hey, dont touch if your not about to buy» said a voice near me. I turned to see a lady standing near me «im the owner so you can bitch all you want» i apologized for touching her clothing and left. Any thoughts of purchasing anything went out the window due to this amazing attitude

Class closet? More like trashy closet. The owner isn’t the friendliest & the clothing is all a rip of. If you want descent consigner clothing go to revolve. #whitetrash

I’ve been here twice so far and haven’t been able to find anything that appeals to me, which is unusual for a consignment shop. Most items seemed to be of very low quality, although the prices were okay and not great. I didn’t really see any brand names of note or vintage pieces, and it also seemed to lack the good quality basics. The clothing, while somewhat abundant and well organized, really seemed to be more suitable for a thrift store(many of which I also frequent); however, I am rating this relative to other consignment shops and not thrift stores. For what you can find here you would probably be better off going to Second Image, Sunshine Thrift or Thrift City USA– all of which have better pricing for the same level of quality.

I would give this shop a minus star if that option was available. Like all other reputable consignment shops they take your best items and give you a contract but nobody signs at this shop. I brought in 2 desirable items they were happy to get. When I called to check on them no one was available to talk to me. By the time I did get to talk to someone the«contract» had expired(by days) so they weren’t required to produce my items. They told me the items were donated to charity. If this small shop cannot sell a classic designer knockoff handbag and a pair of designer sandals at their prices maybe they should rethink moving ‘uptown’ to central.
