Russell Property Group, LLC is a full service licensed real estate company proud to offer a wide range of real estate services including: property management services, investor buying and selling, and professional real estate advice. Our property managers grew up in the Tampa Bay area and have over 20 years of direct experience owning and managing all investment property types, from single-​unit residential homes and condominiums to multi-​unit apartment buildings and commercial properties. We are hands-​on licensed property managers, who take personal responsibility for making sure that the details get taken care of. When it’s time to call in other professionals, from plumbers to electricians to painters to roofers (or even just a reliable cleaning crew), we have tried-​and-​true relationships already in place to ensure that every property is receiving the attention it requires from highly qualified personnel.

Meet the Business Owner

Toni R.

Business Owner

Toni began her real estate career in 2002 and quickly established herself as an award-​winning professional that same year. In 2004, she was asked to initiate a property management division for another bay area real estate firm. In a very short time she grew the division from zero listings to a portfolio of 100 properties. Her extensive background includes over 20 years of experience in the banking and legal industry, she is currently managing broker for Russell Property Group, LLC. She has been involved with several professional organizations including Business and Professional Women, National Association of Female Executives and the Country Commission for Disabilities. She has most recently been asked to serve on the Pinellas County Rental Task Force.
