I walked in with really messed up hair. My natural color is blonde and I had dyed it twice red and then dyed it black over that, twice. My black hair still had a red tint to it and my natural color was growing out also. I wanted highlights. Haley was amazing. She highlighted and toned my hair and now it looks so much better. It’s lighter and not a bunch of random colors. She’s very good at coloring hair. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable too, I will be back for sure.

This was a nice break from a regular mani/​pedi chop shop. Don’t plan on getting out of there quickly if that’s what you need. My mani/​pedi took three hours. Enjoyed the complimentary wine.

I have been coming here for a year now for their $ 99 unlimited blowouts and it is seriously one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The staff is incredible, from squeezing me in last minute to making me look fabulous constantly. Ally, Dustin, and Arielle are the best! I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair. I’ve also gotten their manis a few times and their nail are is pretty on point.

Despite a rocky start at check-​in, I had a fabulous facial by Porsche. Note: I booked the day before and told receptionist that I wanted the unlimited facial package; when I checked in, I was told by male mgr they were «sold out» of unlimited facials. After a few minutes of discussion, he honored the deal but it was not the way I wanted to start my experience. I just hope Porsche sticks around (she’s the only facialist there).

I’ve been coming here for two months and each time it gets better and better. I prefer Elisa, she’s very talented. I currently have the unlimited nail package and LOVE it. I get gel polish and this is the way to go! Elisa is fun, works hard and loves to try new ideas I find for my nails! If you’re interested in a great shop, clean, everyone speaks English and has a license, this is the shop! If you want someone who will make you feel amazing Elisa is the girl! Not only for nails but waxing too!!! She’s had to tame my brows and they were perfect.

I live in DTSP and had no idea this place existed until this past weekend when I needed my makeup done for an event. Excellent location. I loved my experience here. It was a very relaxing environment and everyone was so friendly. I couldn’t have been happier with my makeup application. I forget the girl’s name, but she was just the sweetest. I tend to be a little picky when I get my makeup done, but she created a flawless natural look for me. I have really sensitive skin and was worried about the product line, which is their own store brand, but actually ended up loving how lightweight it was. I even ended up purchasing the lip products she used. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I can’t wait to go back and try other services here!

I had the best massage I ever have had at this spa. I could feel my body respond. This is an experience that you owe yourself. You feel welcome from the time you enter the salon thanks to the warm greeting by the receptionist.

I have to say this is the best experience I’ve EVER had at a spa!!! The girl at the front desk was soooooooo nice and accommodating, I came in before a big event to get my hair done, my stylist, kini, is a true professional, she cut colored and styled my hair in 2 hours, it has never looked so good, ever! She did an amazing job! Cassie did my makeup and I looked like a kardashian! The spa is beautiful and the girls were so nice, very professional. I’ve never been so impressed. I will be back often!

Beautiful salon but I won’t be back. I went in to get my hair curled for a holiday party and I wasn’t really impressed. The curls looked ok (not salon quality) and the top and sides of my head were so frizzy since she had teased the roots but never smoothed the surface. I also asked for a bang trim (because I’m an idiot) and she cut them WAY too short to the point that she had to put a bobby pin across them and a ton of hairspray to keep them down. Basically I went home, washed my bangs again and ended up having to pin them up. I wasted $ 40 + tip on limp curls and crappy bangs. I had time to get my brows and nails done but a) they never asked (surprisingly) and b) at that point I didn’t have much faith.
Also the staff was all lounging around doing their own hair and talking trash about past customers since I was the only one there on a Friday evening. I give this place a year max before it goes under. What a shame since I live right across the street too.

The ladies were lively and wonderful. The spa itself is pretty and sophisticated. Kendra was efficient, sweet and did a wonderful job on my birthday pedicure and Cheryl gave a wonderful impromptu hand massage.

This place is terrible. I am shocked. I really want to see the Sundial do well and I am so disappointed that this is the Salon/​spa that they put into this space.
I was at Marilyn Monroe for 2 hours today and never saw another client and now I know why. I have been getting manis/​pedis for over 20 years and this was hands down the worst one I have ever received. It looks like my nails were painted by a child. Its embarrassing. After spending $ 70.00 and 2 hours, I just removed all of the polish, it was that bad. And will now need to go somewhere else to get a proper manicure for Christmas!
Also, very surprising, ZERO customer service — no one was friendly and you would think with a place thats clearly not doing any business, they would go out of their way to be nice and friendly
It’s too bad as this place could have been (really should have been) great.
Don’t waste your time or your money.

I bought a mani-​pedi as a surprise present for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I was excited to give my wife a surprise, wanted to support a new business and Sundial. Also, you expect a great experience from this type of business. Unfortunately, she was very disappointed with the service and quality. Despite having many years of stated experience, the nail tech was sloppy and rude. She sliced my wife’s foot with the file and did not apologize. She left jagged edges on her nails and had a poor attitude. You would think they would offer great service and some level of pampering, but that was obviously not the case. I am sorry to say that we will stay away. Poor quality of service and staff-it’s too bad.

Wow! What a glamour room. It’s absolutely beautiful in there. I booked a one hour facial with KENDRA and a haircut and blow dry with ROBBIE. It was a wonderful experience. Kendra is a very experienced, and amazing esthetician and gives an amazing facial. The products are wonderful and organic. You have to book a facial with Kendra, you will love it!
Robbie is an amazing stylist. I have extremely long hair that has been trimmed but never styled and cut correctly. I needed a hair makeover and wow, did Robbie deliver. Best head massage and shampoo, and he explained what he was going to do so I was aware of the changes and I came out with tons of volume, superior haircut and all my length.
I also have to mentioned that the prices are more than reasonable and I can afford to feel pampered and do my maintenance.
I highly recommend this spa! Go on, treat yourself and book here!

Wonderful and very helpful. We can a pre-​wedding pedi party for five of us and the team was terrific. The prices are very reasonable, especially for downtown. I also did a lash application and it was done very professionally. Great spot for a girls day of pampering!!!

Very friendly staff & gave me a tour of the place. It’s very big and they offer all services, from hair, nails, massages, waxing,&facials! I will definitely be back to have another service done in the near future.
I recommend Robbie for hair trims & blowouts! Fabulous!
