Business Owner

Dale Smrekar, ASEL, C.A.G.A., is an Accredited Estate Liquidator and Certified Personal Property Appraiser. He is a member of the American Society of Estate Liquidators and Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America. His 11 year old company, Downsizing Advisory Service is an accredited Better Business Bureau company with an A+ rating and an Angie’s List company. He provides seniors and their families with evaluations of value of household items, liquidation options which allows them to make an informed decision what they want to do with their stuff. Dale does not buy anything and works for the benefit of his clients in liquidating their valuables at auction houses around the country. He also provides gold, coin and jewelry liquidation services through both auction options and through direct local buyers. He also provides personal property appraisal services for guardianship inventories, probate, divorce, estate planning appraisals, and for insurance coverage and loss.
