Coast to Coast Event rentals started 2006 with the purchase of Fast Rentals’ party division. It was renamed Fast Party Rentals and moved from Pinellas Park to the Skyway Business Center in St. Pete. In 2009 the name was changed to Coast to Coast Event Rentals.

Business Owner

Coast to Coast Event Rentals is family owned and operated by Jesse Caya. Jesse is also a principle in Cayas Canopies & Rental where he got an early start as a Rental Guy in 1987. Ownership of Coast to Coast Event Rentals includes Jesse’s mother and brother (Cayas Canopies — Olean, NY) and uncle (Stellar Event Rental — Seattle, WA). Combined rental industry experience of the principles adds up to over 100 years!

It was SO easy to order what we needed on their website. We arrived the day before our wedding to pickup the rental items and they had their stuff together. They had me sign the paperwork and then drive around to the side so they could put everything in the car. After the event we threw everything in a bag and brought everything (minus a few chair sashes that one of my bridesmaids stole: o) back to the business. They charged us a VERY minimal amount for the missing chair sashes. Everything was as represented on the website and I think it was good value for what we paid.

I love this place! They are conveniently located with the option of quick delivery or pick up yourself. I love their items and as a repeat customer, I recommend them to ALL EVENT PLANNERS in the area! For parties or what ever event suits you they have exactly what you need when you need it!
