Established in 2008.
Our name has changed, however, building sandwiches has become creating a more community feel in all our dishes. We are going local for our ingredients. Quality ingredients make quality food. We are where the belly rules the mind.

Business Owner
Originally from Westbrook, Maine, worked for The Black Tie Catering Company, Amovable Feast, Big Kahuna Catering, Auntie Mabel’s Catering, Bayou Kitchen, and years of cooking for all family sporting events. It has been this experience that has allowed April to co-own Bayboro Café and Catering with her life-mate Jeremy Dupuis. Together we can do anything we set our minds to.
