Was empty when I went in. timing is everything! My annoyance is my hubby was over every month… crazy 5 gb … no international but because sometimes he needed to tether he was around 170 monthly … I know nuts right???
So in two minutes they gave him the 100 $ plus his line … 15 gb unlimited long distance including international … yay baby! Now the store guys were awesome … but why can’t at n t and the rest of the companies automatically discount all clients when there is a better offer? Things that make you go hmmmmm

Showed up at 5pm on Sunday, they close at 6pm, there appeared to be four people working, each with a customer, plus on «walk in» customer, with their name on the screen, sitting. I waited 15 minutes, and they did not acknowledge me, or add my name to the walk in board. when I got up and left, still nothing.
I would have been completely understanding if they had just asked me my name and added me to the board.

When weird things happen to your new unlocked phone with an old SIM card, sometimes all you can do is go to the store and ask for help.
We kinda showed up 15 minutes before they closed and it was clear, nobody was happy to see us. Still, they grudgingly rallied the troops and got us the required new SIM card in 10 minutes flat!
