Maybe my dog is just too much to handle but … every time I go there I become more and more disappointed. At first I thought they were angels from heaven, my dog loved going there. I didn’t have to drag him in like I did the vet. Then, I started to notice they didn’t do things I asked them to do, clip his toenails short, cut him a certain way, etc. The two ladies who work there are very, very nice and seem to really like dogs — they’re just no consistent with their level of service.
