History

Established in 1979.

Established in 1979 by Lawrence Jehling, O.D. and his wife Lynette Lui, O.D., Clarkson Eyecare was a single practice on Clarkson road in Ellisville, Missouri until the beginning of it’s expansion in 1995. Today, Clarkson has expanded to more than 60 offices located through Central and Eastern Missouri as well as Southern Illinois. In 1999, Clarkson continued to expand it’s services by introducing a state-​of-​the-​art LASIK surgery center located in Chesterfield Valley.
