Very dissatisfied with service at this location. Was told I would get $ 200 for my previous phone if I traded it in for the current model, however was only offered $ 50 when I went to trade it in after receiving my new phone. Manager, Andrea Snyder, was rather rude to note as well. Called customer care and was told that the $ 200 was indeed the buy back value due to promotion at time of purchase. Will be going to different location, as recommended by customer care, to get buyback promotional value.

Cell phone purchase is always a personal thing. You or either a fan or not of such carriers.
Personally for me, I have always had great services with AT&T. Through my global travels AT&T does rule.
This location has a great staff and knowledge on all the selection of new phones and trends. If you are looking to upgrade or make a change in your service… stop by and give them a try.
