Pat Kelly is an active full-​time Realtor specializing in luxury homes and waterfront condominiums in South Pinellas County. An area resident for 31 years Pat has full knowledge of local waterways, is an avid boater, member of Treasure Island Tennis & Yacht Club, plays league tennis, is a member of the USTA, and Women’s Council of Realtors.

Pat was an on-​site sales consultant for Dolphin Cay, Bacopa Bay, and The Grande on Sand Key. From 1990 – 1996 consistently the top sales producer, Pat closed approximately $ 60 million in new condominium and home sales. She has been awarded in the million dollar circle gold and platinum awards from national association of homebuilders. From 1996 to present Pat has marketed and closed over $ 110 million in inventory. Pat was designated as a member of the International President’s Elite for the year 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2004 which is the highest Sales Associate honor for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
